Q: Did you frame the name painting? If you did, were you pleased with the result?
A: Yes, the matting and framing was beautiful, yet very expensive.
Q: Do you love your name painting art when you look at it?
A: Everyday...I have my own and I have given two as gifts...I love seeing the art when I go to my friends' homes.
Q: Do you get many compliments about your name art from your friends? What do they say now about your name?
A: I get complements all the time, I tell them that I got mine from the website.

A: Yes, and even more!!! I quickly received reply emails when I asked questions and you were so very polite. :) The paintings arrived in a very timely manner and I was so excited to see them in my mailbox.
Q: How should we improve our service? Thank you for your time!
A: Maybe you could include a framing and matting service...It took so long for the paintings to come back from the framing shop, so the presents were a little late. Of course the price of shipping would have to be increased and you would have to charge a bundle for the service, but it's just an idea.
